An energetic, dry Provence styled Rose.

Salmon tinged colour. Fragrant raspberry, peach, pomegranate and melon scents are trailed by some wet stone notes. Energetic flavours of peach, raspberry, water melon and pomegranate are cast over a stony mineral back drop. River stone like mouth feel with frisky acidity finishing dry, long and supple. A dry Provence styled Rose.

56/27/7/6/2/2% grenache/mourvèdre/carignan/counoise/cinsault/shiraz; steel ferment, then five months in older oak. A come-hither colour and classically dry, but there’s a succulent sweetness to the fruit flavours, allied with a textural pliancy. The acidity offers freshness but is also soft enough for that texture to play out. Poached strawberry, watermelon, white cherry, rosehip, musk and freshly ground cinnamon, all elegantly reflected. There’s clearly a lot of thought to the flavour and shape, but you’d be forgiven for focusing on the deliciousness. Drink by 2027.
