Notes from the bottlers... Colour: Dusky lemon. Nose: Salted peanut, crab skewer, torched meringue and a bracing Islay breeze. Palate: Smoked almond brittle, pink grapefruit and sweet maple. Finish: Seared prawn and subtle balsamic cut effortlessly through the smoke.
