Airlie Bank NV Yarra Cuvee

The NV Yarra Cuvee is a mix of mostly Chardonnay with a dash of Pinot Noir from the Napoleone Vineyard. It combines one part from an older reserve base tank (dating back to 2010) and one part from the current vintage. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation, an addition of a touch of new oak, and brandy spirit.

Other Reviews....
80/20% chardonnay/pinot noir. Charmat method, with the NV wine sitting on full lees in tank. 6g/L dosage. A pale, bright green gold. Excellent bang for your buck here. Citrus, honey, some red fruits and just enough freshly baked biscuits to make it interesting. The palate is just dry enough, finishing clean and crisp.
