Appenzeller Alpenbitter Herbal Liqueur (700ml)

Appenzeller Bitters is a Swiss Bitter Herbal Liqueur made from a blend of extracts and distillates from 42 herbs and spices. It is then refined with French Brandy and sweet wines.

Tasting note: Deep polished copper with gold ochre edges and herbaceous aromas suggestive of sage, gentian, sarsaparilla as well as subtle, refreshing notes of peppermint and liquorice root. Semi-sweet and creamy developing moderate bitterness with gentian, sarsaparilla, muted oregano and sage in the aftertaste. Enjoy straight. 29% Alc./Vol.
