This is a vatting of unpeated spirit matured firstly in first fill Bourbon barrels then finished in nine wine barriques from Paul Launois, a new Champagne producer in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Added into the mix is an unpeated sherry cask of Ardnamurchan for balance. 2,576 bottles are on allocation world wide.

Notes from the producers... Nose - Jellied fruits give way to an Auld Alliance of fresh croissants with strawberry jam and warm Aberdeenshire butteries. Honeydew melon with nougat and vanilla ice cream. Palate - Strawberry tart, muscovado, and apple strudel with orange bitters and pink peppercorns on the finish. 57.6% Alc./Vol.
