Arras Brut Elite Sparkling

A bountiful creamy white mousse sits over a pale straw coloured base that has flecks of pale gold to the edges. Very fine and persistent bead. Nosing reveals pear and baked bread aromas which intermingle with hints of honeyed toast like notes and yeast lees. Tightly knit the palate possesses mouth watering acidity and finishes very dry with a moderate creaminess to the finish. Flavours of pear and toast interact with baked bread, citrus and yeast lees characters. Concludes with good tension and an aftertaste of lightly honeyed pear, toast, baked bread, traces of almond and yeast lees.
