Bakery Hill Blend Australian Whisky (500ml)

The first ever blend from Bakery Hill distillery is intended as an “Extra Smooth” everyday sipper. David Baker’s custom formulation includes a unique selection of his own single malts with Australian grain spirit, matured for up to ten years in x-Bourbon casks, resulting in a full-bodied blend with plenty of malt character. Delivered at a rich 46%, the Melbourne Royal Judging Panel at the 2024 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards described it as possessing a “Sweet and bright aroma with clean oak profile. Citrus and cereal complexity on palate with nice soft wood. Lovely fruit and honey character. Very well put together”.
