A vivid Tassie sparkling sculptured by crisp acidity.

Made from a blend of 58% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 1% Pinot Meunier with 18 months on lees. A foamy white mousse pours with great exuberance over a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges. Fine, persistent bead. Streaming through the nose are aromas of pear, apple and citrus followed by some baked bread, oily toast and yeast lees notes. Vivid pear, citrus and toast flavours are sculptured by crisp acidity. Dry chalk tinged finish with some subtle baked bread and lees characters lingering on.
