Tasting note: Clear. Slightly limp, medium fresh, juniper forward bouquet shows a peppery edge and also hints at orris root and coriander. Creamy entry with a moderate middle-burst of juniper, citrus peel and pepper. Remarkably soft given the ABV. Finishes brisk, almost vodka-like with frail juniper, citrus lozenge and mineral through the aftertaste. Old school London Dry for general mixing. 47% Alc./Vol.
