Tasting note: Crystal clear. Aromas of ginger bread in the initial pass are followed by whiffs of dry ginger ale and a mild heat. Light entry leads into a concentrated, surging mid palate featuring gingery warmth and an unusual green pine / dried herb finish (tarragon / sage / lavender?). Fades with ginger biscuit and a long warm afterglow. Loosely resembles a spiced-up barrel-aged gin. 50% Alc./Vol.
