Prugna (Prunus domestica, or in English, plum) is the basis for one of those historic, regional elixirs that continues to attract a small band of followers. An institution in Veneto, the liqueur is obtained via the maceration of plums and / or a distillation of plum juice and presents perfumed, sweet aromatics coupled with flavours of apricots, almonds and dried fruits.
