Vivid and racy with a tense, chalky finish.

An exuberant mousse sits over a pale straw coloured base that’s threaded by a very fine and persistent bead. Citrus, baked bread and yeast lees aromas flow through the nostrils with hints of cashew, pear and brioche also evident. Vivid and racy in its feel, pear and citrus fruits are to the fore with some delicate yeast lees, oily toast and cashew elements in the back ground. Very dry with crisp acidity and a tense, chalky finish.
