From the 9000 acre Yattendon Estate, one of the UK's largest Christmas tree farms, this medium bodied, drier-styled gin opens with aromas of crushed pine shoots, orange oil, peppercorns and potpourri. It's tangy, pure and keenly balanced with a crisp, grapefruit-like delivery and hints of citrus oils, woody juniper and white pepper through the finish.
