Berry Bros & Rudd The King's Ginger Liqueur (500ml) - 29.9% bottling

This newly presented King's Ginger, now produced in the UK, also contains a new lower ABV formula that was awarded a gold medal by the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2021. Since its creation back in 1903 by Berry Bros & Rudd for King Edward VII, this warming liqueur has become a bit of a Christmas classic in England. Its pure gingery spiciness works well in solo-digestif style or as the partner with a good Scotch blended whisky, or in lieu of ginger wine in a souped-up whisky mac. 29.9% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews... Another fancy way of cheating at mulled wine. This is a delicious sweet liqueur made with citrus fruits and ginger.
