Bielle Vieux 7 Year Old Agricole Rum (700ml)

Located just north of the island of Dominica in the West Indies on the tiny island of Marie Galante, the Bielle Distillery produce 'Agricole' Rums from fermented fresh sugar cane juice which are then aged 5 to 8 years in x whisky and bourbon barrels.

Tasting note: Pale gold colour. Nosing reveals a powerful combination of vanilla, coconut milk, dried fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg aromas. The palate is concentrated and mouthfilling unfolding rich dried fruit, butterscotch and menthol-like flavours with a spicy overlay. Drying oak balances the mid palate perfectly. Barley sugar and dried banana aftertaste. 42% Alc./Vol.
