Using hand-picked organic green walnuts from the Macedon Ranges, this liqueur is based on a traditional Italian recipe dating back centuries. Rested in alcohol for 40 days and 40 nights with the addition of select botanicals, the finished elixir yields notes of walnuts, spices and earthy tones, with a rich and full-bodied palate and just a touch of bitterness.
