Bodegas Tradicion 30 Year Old Amontillado Sherry

Superb caramel, onion brown colour with green olive hue. Lifted nose, showing considerable complexity, with notes of hazelnut and orange rind over a distinctive rancio background. The palate is quite dry with complex, layered flavours of hazelnut, roast almonds and orange rind overlaid by a rancio and old leather back palate. The acidity is still remarkably good, giving the wine a sense of freshness – displaying outstanding length and depth. Dry finish, with very long aftertaste of rancio and hazelnut.
