Bordiga Bitter Rosso (700ml)

This tempered and citrusy bitters is made following an original regional recipe, although Bordiga have adapted and rebalanced it to better appeal to current tastes. In other words, it's a little less bitter than an earlier incarnation from the 1950s. While the Verde variation is based around Alpine herbs and mint, the Rosso expression accents bitter orange and gentian. It should pair effortlessly with a number of tasty gins and will be perfect in a Negroni or over ice with a dash of soda. 21% Alc./Vol.
