After many years of ownership by Champagne Taittinger, Bouvet Ladubay is once again fully owned by the Monmousseau family who have continuously run the business since their purchase in 1932. Bouvet Ladubay employs precisely the same wine making process as Grand Marque Champagne, delivering French sophistication at an everyday price. The new vintage of our best selling sparkling pours well with a creamy white mousse that dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base wine with a very fine bead that shows excellent persistence. On the nose top notes of pear and baked apple are followed by some toastiness and subtle lees characters. Vibrant and fresh the palate has flavours of baked apple and pear followed by some toasty lees like characters and citrus on the clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, citrus and some toasty lees. 
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
