This sienna brown colourerd elixir offers a wonderful way to conclude a meal and tastes all the better if you've had a day on the slopes. The initial pass offers top notes of fresh spearmint and chamomile above a layer of florals and sandalwood followed by hints of liqourice and citrus. Rich and supple, early mint and spice flavours complement chamomile before warming and letting the bittersweet complexities promised by the nose take over. The balance of sweetness, bitterness and fruit flavours is wonderfully maintained through the lengthy tea leaf and honey aftertaste.
