Callington Mill Emulsion Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

A second expression in a series of eight is 'Emulsion', triple distilled and crafted by Damian Mackey of Shene Distillery. Maturation took place in 100 litre Apera casks, but was later finished in a 700 litre x-Tawny port cask from Portugal and a 300 litre French oak cognac cask. The style here is light and elegant with notes of pineapple, vanilla and Turkish Delight. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
