Tasting note: Crystal clear. Juniper and dried herbs; coriander and with hints of liquorice in the background. Second pass finds shades of pine and lemon myrtle. Light entry, becoming mildly spicy at mid palate with a light bodied, dryish and moderately concentrated profile; nicely integrated juniper, liquorice and peel flavours are followed by a light, lean, bone dry and fairly fleeting finish. 42%Alc./Vol.
