Cardrona Distillery The Source Barrel Aged Gin (750ml)

A gin aged in 225 litre x-Central Otago Pinot Noir casks. Locally foraged rosehip, juniper, coriander seed, angelica root and lemon zest are some of the botanicals included in the mix.

Tasting note:... [Cask G3 Dolly tasted] Brilliant pale straw gold. Aromas of woody juniper and green pine, menthol & eucalyptus cough lozenge, following through to a medium to full bodied gin with warming flavours of piney juniper, peppermint, white pepper and a creamy-yet-spicy, juniper, coriander & pepper accented finish.
