Casabianca Prosecco Superiore Valdobiaddene DOCG Extra Dry

An exuberant fluffy white mousse subsides to reveal a pale straw coloured base that’s threaded by a stream of tiny bubbles. Green apple skin and lime aromas lead the way followed by some citrus and stony mineral notes. Delicious green to red apple and pear flavours fill the mouth with some fresh quince and subtle sherbet characters extending across the back half. Crisp stimulating acidity with a dry, flavoursome finish.
