Catz Dry Gin (700ml)

An old Dutch brand that was resurrected in 2016, this beautifully presented gin was distilled and developed in collaboration with Herman Jansen from “Schiedam”, one of the oldest family-owned distilleries in the Netherlands with over 200 years experience. Produced using small copper pot stills, fresh citrus and a blend of “special botanicals” (bergamot peel, juniper berries, cinnamon and cayenne peppers) and bottled at the warming strength of 48.2% ABV, which means the gin will shine through heavy mixing.

Tasting note: Intriguing, floral-soft aromas of lemon gelato, citrus blossom, juniper and a cinnamon-pepper zing. Exceptional texture and balance with flavours of lemon meringue, fresh piney juniper, and a creamy-yet-dry, gently warming finish showing serious length. Quite distinctive. The purity of the spirit is impressive. 48.2% Alc./Vol.

Declared a “Gin Master” by the 2017 Gin Masters Awards.
