Cedar Fox is a new start up micro distillery located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. The concept began in 2010 with Craig Westwood's transitioning from an award winning home brewer to his first professional gig at the White Rabbit Brewery. A stint with the New World Distillery fortified his passion for spirits. Gin and Oak aged Gin are currently on offer, with other products in the pipeline.

Tasting note: [40% Alc./Vol. batch tasted] Botanicals include juniper, coriander seed, Lebanese cucumber, Sichuan peppercorn and rosemary. Crystal clear. Medium fresh aromas include muted juniper, delicate white pepper and dried herbs. Follows through with a medium bodied, juniper and citrus peel profile and a peppery, tangy, citrus sorbet and piney juniper finish. Light easy drinking.
