A buoyant fluffy white mouse sits over a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tints around the outskirts. Exceptionally fine and persistent bead. Complex and refined with aromatics of yeast lees, baked bread and pear meld into buttered brioche like notes, light citrus and cashew. Creamy yet airy, the sophisticated palate is richly flavoured with yeast lees, pear, citrus, biscuity cashew like characters and brioche. Deep and expansive it finishes dry and crisp with a long lacy aftertaste that’s all class.
