Champagne Thienot Brut

Excellent pour displaying a creamy white mousse which dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base wine with pale gold edges. Exceptionally fine bead shows great persistence. Classical yeasty baked bread Champagne aromas with notes of citrus, toast and brioche following on. Possessing good richness the palate has flavours of yeast lees pitted against oily toast like characters, baked bread, citrus and cashew. Clean dry finish with a creamy like mouthfeel and lively acidity. Excellent length with a long yeast lees, baked bread, oily toast and cashew aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
