Charles Pelletier Grande Reserve Rose Brut

An exuberant mousse slowly subsides to reveal a salmon pink coloured base that’s finely threaded by a persistent bead. Pronounced raspberry and strawberry aromas intermix with some more subtle baked bread and yeast lees notes. The light, mouth watering palate features raspberry and strawberry cream flavours over delicate chalky characters. Finishes dry with stimulating acidity and a refreshingly fruity aftertaste.
