Coates La Petite Cuvee Sparkling Shiraz

Fruit was sourced from McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills with maturation taking place in French oak. A fluffy dark mousse holds well over a dark red black core that’s threaded by a very fine, gentle bead. Aromas of dark plum and liquorice are trailed by subtle earthy leather and dark chocolate notes. Rich dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours meld into vanillin oak, delicate earthy dark chocolate and spice elements. Refreshing acidity finishing ripe and plummy.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
