Cocchi Barolo Chinato (500ml)

Originally a therapeutic drink, this traditional Cocchi tonic is made from a Barolo base wine and infused with herbs and spices including quinine bark, rhubarb and cardamom before being aged.

Tasting note: Deep brown with autumn leaf edges. Aromas of muted citrus peel, fresh-crushed grapes, red berries and sweet earthy, herbal notes. Follows through with a gorgeous wine-like burst; blood orange, sweet spice, new leather, cigar box and super-fine, drying tannins. Nice bitter-sweet balance. Rounds off complex, fresh and delicious. 16.5% Alc./Vol.
