Matured in a combination of American, French, & Hungarian wine casks, the burnished copper colour shows impeccable purity. Unusual aromas suggesting Granita biscuits, sultanas and a touch of cinnamon lead into stewed plum and fruit mince pie flavours. Shortish finish offers hints of raisins, Turkish Delight and moderate astringency. Interesting (and affordable) young Australian malt. 46% Alc./Vol.
