Tasting note: Clear. Generous juniper bouquet is oily, dense, resiny. Pine forest, peppercorns, orris root, orange oils and cool mint on the nose. A creamy silky feel to the delivery which is dappled with paprika-like heat towards the finish over intense juniper, coriander and orris root flavours. Big gin! 46% Alc./Vol.
