Crazy Uncle Barrel Aged Moonshine (700ml)

Tasting note: [Tasted from a 20ml sample]. Very pale straw colour, almost water like. Offers attractive canned corn, sour dough bread and brine aromas with hints of caraway and green olive. Medium bodied, mildly peppery profile follows through with juicy, fruit bread like flavours and hints of beeswax in the finish. Nice complexity. Would make an interesting alternative to blanco tequila or white rum in cocktails. 43% Alc./Vol.
