A satiny mousse prevails over a pale straw coloured base that has a steady stream of tiny bubbles flowing through it. Yellow peach, apple and citrus aromas mix with bready yeast lees like notes. Fruity red apple and citrus flavours overlay a back drop of subtle toast and yeast lees. Dry, slightly chalky finish with a refreshingly crisp aftertaste.
