Cuvee Laurent Brut Blanc de Blancs

Made from a blend of 80% Ugni Blanc and 20% Colombard grapes. A fine white mousse dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base that has a very fine bead showing good persistence. Nosing reveals aromas of peach and apple which meld into faint toast and citrus notes. Lightly creamed mouthfeel with pear and baked apple flavours prevalent over a back drop of citrus and subtle lees characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of pears, baked apple, lees characters and citrus.
