Dailuaine joins the Darkness range, after finishing its 12-year maturation in a custom-made palo cortado sherry octave resulting in a balance of sweet dried fruits and savoury malt. 57.2% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
Notes from the bottlers... Nose Fresh cinnamon swirls, buttery, flaky raisin pastries, and a touch of herbal honey. Palate: A rich, oily palate with roasted malt, prunes, and sultanas supported by hints of drying herbs. Finish: Buttered malt loaf wraps things up, the honey sweetness lingers alongside.
