Deutz Brut Classic

A classic aperitif style. Bright straw colour showing some developed character. Fine bead with reasonable persistence. On the nose there are aromas of biscuit and yeast autolysis over some toasted bread. On the palate there is delicate flavour of grapefruit and biscuit, creamy texture and excellent persistence, followed by long biscuit, toasted yeast aftertaste with crisp acidity finish.
