The creators have nicknamed this hazelnut specialty 'Nizurin' which means 'hazelnut' in the local Piedmontese dialect. Nuts of the Tonda Gentile Trilobata cultivar grown on the surrounding hills are used. Its sweet, creamy palate includes flavours of marzipan, biscotti, nougat and milk chocolate with a long, lingering presence of the keynote ingredient.
