Produced from a distillation of pine buds and 24 rigorously selected plants, followed by fir buds and a sugar maceration. Bright lime / emerald green. Perfect clarity. Lifted scents of sweet thyme, cool mint and suggestions of chamomile tea. Creamy, sugar-sweet entry. Mid palate presents a nice balance of thyme, pine nut and cool mint confectionery flavours against the pleasant spirit warmth. Ends less sweet, moderately fresh, herbal and with good length.
