Very deep dark sienna brown colour with a olive green tinged hue. Engulfing the nostrils are intoxicating scents of raisin cake, honeyed figs, toffee, walnut, marzipan and spice. Thick and heavy across the palate, it has an oil like viscosity with honeyed raisin, fig, marzipan, toffee, traces of marmalade, subtle walnut and spice flavours saturating every corner of the mouth. Outstanding power and concentration finishing warm, sweet and prodigiously long.
