Dr. Adam Elmegirab Aphrodite Bitters (100ml)

A straight fruit or botanical form of bitters would be all too simple for Adam Elmegirab, whose aim is to enhance the cocktail with every bitters creation he concentrates his efforts towards. Released in 2011 with the Greek goddess of Love in mind, the ingredients used for his Aphrodite bitters were chosen for their alleged aphrodisiac qualities (naturally their balance and flavour were considered), which include: chocolate, cocoa nibs, ginger root, red chilli, arabica coffee and ginseng which is then steeped in overproof rum for no less than 2 weeks.  A truly complex style of Bitters reminiscent of a perfume in its construction, with each ingredient layered to enhance its original form.
