Dr. Lo Alcohol-Free Riesling

A non alcohol Mosel Riesling from Dr Loosen. During fermentation the tank was chilled to help stop the fermentation process early and preserve the natural sugar. The alcohol was then removed during a vacuum distillation.
Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged highlights around the outskirts. Expressive lime, red apple and baked pear aromas mix with honeysuckle and spice. Light and fresh, zingy acidity flows through fruity red apple, lime, pear and honeysuckle flavours. Finishes dry and crisp with a lemon sherbet like twist to the zippy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
