Living up to its title with a deep, dark mahogany colour is this 2024 bottling at a cask strength of 57.1%. Anticipating bold notes of juicy raisins, dates, roasted nuts, dark berries, ripe stone fruits, toffee, chocolate and oak spices, it follows in a strong line of all-natural sherry matured gems from this tiny Highland distillery. *Presumably non chill filtered but not stated on the label.
