Elephant Gin Barrel Aged Gin (500ml)

Tasting note: [2019 edition] This takes barrel aging one step further by blending gins matured in three types of oak for twelve months. Fourteen botanicals are included in the pot distilled rye spirit which was finally finished in Rum casks. Fresh aromas of pine buds, lemon lozenges, light vanilla and curry leaf develop on the nose. Soft on entry but builds with a spicy crescendo including crushed curry leaves, white pepper, cough lozenge and late juniper. The finish is gently astringent, lively, warming and long. Try it in spicy cocktails or on its own as a Winter sipper. 52% Alc./Vol. 4000 bottles.
