Elephant Sloe Gin (500ml)

A berry flavoured gin created by Robin Gerlach, inspired by a passion for Africa. The appearance is a cloudy to turbid sienna red, but don't let that put you off - it implies this is unfiltered for maximum flavour. The naturalness is reflected in the aromas of fresh dried cranberries, glace cherries, cinnamon, lemon pith and hints of pine which repeat on the palate. Silky and pure, it's unadulterated and deliciously tart with a perfect balance of red berry sweetness backed up by fresher citrus, juniper and baking spice notes. The finish is gently tannic, suggesting chamomile and berry infused tea. Highly recommended. 15% of all profits go to two African Elephant charities. 35% Alc./Vol.
