Fair Juniper Gin (500ml)

Fair Gin is the newest addition to Noble Spirits’ ethical range of beverages which includes Vodka, Rum, Café and Goji liqueur.

Handcrafted and distilled in France using their vodka as a base, Fair macerate high quality juniper berries and spices for a week before distilling everything once in a stupfler alembic. The juniper berries are sourced from a nature reserve in Uzbekistan, Central Asia. Other botanicals include cardamom, coriander, calamus roots and Grains of Paradise.

Agriculture is the chief source of income for Uzbekistan's mainly rural population, but many farmers live below the poverty line. Fairtrade spices are sourced in the Kerala region of South West India. This cooperative of nearly 3050 farmers has three main objectives: to increase production, develop the social environment and promote and develop organic production.

Tasting note: Crystal clear. Perfumed, bright and fresh white pepper and juniper-driven aroma with later inhalations finding cardamom to the fore. Vibrant and concentrated delivery offers piney juniper, lemon peel and a peppery, tingly mouthfeel. Finish is fresh, balanced and long followed by hints of cardamom, pepper and lemon meringue in the aftertaste. A robustly flavoured all-rounder. 42% Alc./Vol.
