Farina Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry

A buoyant lacy white mousse subsides to reveal a pale straw coloured base that has a steady bead coursing through it. Pear and baked apple aromas mix with citrus and subtle quince. Pear, red apple and citrus fruits have an easy, smooth feel and show good intensity over a baked quince back drop. Finishes dry, crisp and flavoursome.
