Fierce III Prosecco - Clearance

Delicate short lasting mousse with an almost water like coloured core and faint tinge of green to the edges. Very fine and persistent bubbles with lifted pear and baked apple aromas mixing with some citrus and faint quince. Racy pear and Jonathan apple flavours drive the palate with some baked quince and citrus elements lying underneath. Finishes dry with crisp stimulating acidity and a fruity aftertaste.
