Primary maturation in ex-bourbon casks has softened the mouth feel and allowed Filey Bay's signature flavour profile to shine, while a finishing in Shaved Toasted and Re-charred (STR) ex-red wine casks has added a wonderful deep colour and hints of red fruits. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
